Council Permits and Event Approvals

I understand and accept that I am responsible for obtaining any required council permits, venue approvals, landowner permissions and other authorisations for the intended use and location of the LED display. I am also responsible for any associated fees. *

Where required, proof of council permits, venue approvals or other authorisations must be provided to Freshwayz before setup. Freshwayz reserves the right to refuse setup where required approvals have not been obtained.

I understand the calculated amount is an estimate and my booking is not confirmed until Freshwayz confirms availability, delivery and the final quotation.
